What you get after the first scan

Every Monday, one email that says what moved

A site changes when a plugin updates, a marketer adds a tag, or a theme is swapped. The free scan is a photograph; the weekly re-scan is the thing that catches the tag someone added on a Tuesday and the filing that landed in your state on a Thursday.

  • What changed since last week. New trackers, failures that returned, and problems you marked fixed that came back.
  • Who got sued near you. New filings in your state and industry, and whether their complaints name issues your site still has.
  • One fix to do this week. The highest-weighted finding, with the setting to change, named for the platform your site runs on.
A Suitcast weekly alert email: the exposure score compared with last week, what changed on the site, one fix to do this week, and two new lawsuits filed in the same state.
A weekly alert, rendered from the template Suitcast sends. Site, scores and filings shown are sample data.

The price, broken down

$7.50 a week to watch one site

A site changes every time a plugin updates or someone adds a tag. A plan checks it every Monday, so a script or failure a complaint would cite is caught while it is still a setting you can change, not a line in a filing.

$7.50a week for Monitor, billed $390 a year
$13.17per site per month on Pro, billed yearly
17%less than paying monthly, which is two months free

Standard prices. Founding customers pay half of each while they stay subscribed.

Billing questions

Checkout, receipts and taxes are handled by Polar. Cancel from the billing page at any time. Every plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee under the refund policy.

What do I get on the free scan that I do not get on a plan?
The free scan checks five pages once and gives you the score, the top three findings and the lawsuit counts for your state. The full report with every finding and fix arrives by email once. Plans re-scan up to 100 pages every week, keep history, and email you when something changes or a new filing matches your site.
What is the founding offer?
The founding cohort is 100 accounts at 50% off the plan price for as long as they stay subscribed, monthly or annual. Half the cohort is reserved for agency partners and the waitlist, so 50 spots are on public sale and the counter on this page shows what is left of those. The discount applies at checkout automatically.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once a year at ten months' price, so two months are free. You can switch an active plan between monthly and annual yourself from the billing portal; the change applies straight away and Polar charges or credits the difference for the time left in your period.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, within 14 days of your first payment on any plan, monthly or annual, with no reason needed, as long as the account has not scanned more than two sites or run more than ten scans. Renewals are refunded only for billing errors or a fault on our side. The refund policy has the full terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page, any time, with no fee. Weekly scans and alerts stop at the end of the period you paid for. Your sites are paused, not deleted, and your scan history stays for 90 days; after that only the latest scan is kept.
Who is the seller and how are taxes handled?
Checkout, invoices and receipts are handled by Polar, the merchant of record. Polar calculates and collects any applicable sales tax at checkout, so the price you see is the plan price and tax is added where required by your location.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Monitor?
Your oldest site stays active and the others are paused, not deleted. You can choose which site stays active from the dashboard. Paused sites keep their history and resume if you upgrade again.
Is there a plan for agencies with more than five sites?
Not yet. Pro covers five sites with your agency name on every PDF. If you manage more, email hello@suitcast.com with the number of sites and we will tell you when a larger plan is available.
Does a subscription stop lawsuits or settle the legal question?
No. Suitcast identifies risk indicators and tells you what changed and who is filing. It is not legal advice and does not determine compliance with the ADA, CIPA, WCAG or any other law or standard. Fixing what it finds reduces what a complaint could cite. It does not prevent anyone from filing.
