Terms of service

Suitcast scans public web pages for tracking scripts that load before consent and for accessibility failures found by automated testing, and publishes counts of website lawsuits built from public court records. Paid plans re-scan sites on a schedule and send alerts. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

These terms are an agreement between you and Adi Leviim, a licensed dealer (osek murshe) registered in Israel. Paid plans are sold by Polar as merchant of record, so Polar handles the payment and the invoice, and these terms govern your use of the service itself.

Suitcast identifies risk indicators. It is not legal advice, it does not determine compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, WCAG or any other law or standard, and it does not promise that a site will or will not be the subject of a claim. Automated testing finds a portion of what a court or an expert would examine.

Suitcast is for businesses and the people who build and manage their websites. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or for the business you represent.

You may scan websites you own, manage, or are evaluating for a client. You may not:

• use Suitcast to harass site owners or the businesses named in court records;
• build lists of businesses for unsolicited outreach, or resell scan results as your own service;
• send automated or bulk requests to the scanner, or try to get around its limits;
• use the scanner against private networks or pages you are not allowed to access;
• use the lawsuit data, or anything derived from it, to decide a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, government benefits or any other purpose of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or to prepare a consumer report.

Suitcast may refuse, slow or stop scans of any site, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Accounts are identified by email address and accessed with single-use sign-in links. You are responsible for the security of that inbox. You may claim only sites you have a legitimate reason to monitor.

Plans are sold by Polar as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, and applicable taxes are added at checkout. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing page at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period and does not renew.

The first payment on a plan can be refunded within 14 days under the refund policy. Other charges, including renewals, are refunded only on the grounds that policy lists or where the law requires. The founding discount lasts for as long as the discounted subscription stays active without interruption.

Your scan reports are yours to use for your business, to share with your lawyer, your developer or, on the Pro plan, your clients. The Suitcast software, design, scoring method and brand remain Suitcast's.

The aggregate lawsuit counts on the data page are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, so anyone may reuse them with the citation line and a link. Court records themselves are public.

Federal court records come from CourtListener, run by the Free Law Project. The counts, the case verification and the matching are Suitcast's own work and are not produced, reviewed or endorsed by the Free Law Project.

Lawsuit counts depend on public court records and on curated public sources. Coverage is partial, particularly for state courts, and every count page says so. Suitcast may change what it counts, how it scores, and which trackers and rules it checks as the record and the tools change. The public sources can change, delay or limit access to their records, and the counts follow them. Suitcast aims to keep the service available but does not promise uninterrupted access.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Suitcast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any claim, demand letter or lawsuit brought against you. Suitcast's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Suitcast at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Suitcast may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.

Before going to court, write to support@suitcast.com so the matter can be settled directly. Nothing in this section removes a right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the place you live, including a right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives it.

Suitcast may update these terms. The date at the top changes when it does, and material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect. Questions: support@suitcast.com.
